That's because those are Mithra, not Miqo'te. And that is a moogle in the background, the rest are mithra.

I'm fairly sure that was a reference to the random Hatsune Miku face, which I could definitely interpret as being Taru.

Yeah its not mine, and its old as sin. Yeah its Mithra, it was made in the early era of FFXI. There's a Taru that references Miku on the left top and the moogle on the top right. Its all the "named" important Mithra npcs of the game.
