no, they clearly tell me to contract the moderator on the forum (it was forum relate) so the issue have nothing to do with the GM ingame.If it was website support they either tell you to contact in game or open a thread here (the latter doesn't guarantee a response)

Yeah, it's a shame that the Square Enix support staff has no way of contacting forum moderators or support, and that neither have any way of contacting in-game support, or that we players seem to have no way of contacting support for this game outside of the game. As much as I love the game itself, when something goes wrong with it or the forums or your account Square Enix has done its best to obfuscate (that's not a dirty word, moderators, it basically means "to hide" or "to cover up") what steps you might take to resolve the situation.
This much I can say from experience - the folks with SE's main support department will at least try, once you convince them you can't do what they have been told to tell you.
