As the problem is forum related, wouldn't it be better to post this in the website bugs forum http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/forums/664 or the website feedback & suggestions forum http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/forums/665 ?
Yeah, it's a shame that the Square Enix support staff has no way of contacting forum moderators or support, and that neither have any way of contacting in-game support, or that we players seem to have no way of contacting support for this game outside of the game. As much as I love the game itself, when something goes wrong with it or the forums or your account Square Enix has done its best to obfuscate (that's not a dirty word, moderators, it basically means "to hide" or "to cover up") what steps you might take to resolve the situation.
This much I can say from experience - the folks with SE's main support department will at least try, once you convince them you can't do what they have been told to tell you.

Well you gotta post your stuff somewhere or the forum mods can't help you, so either here or there, it doesn't matter to me.
I had this same problem. Contacted support about a forum issue, they tell me to contact a moderator, but there is no way to contact one... months later the issue still isn't resolved because... there's no way to resolve it?
I did the same thing Illen.
There's no way. I try to get a ban appeal on my other account from the forums and they said to go here...
and they couldn't do anything. Asked via E-mail AND Live chat.
Why the hell can we not contact Forum Mod's is beyond me lmao.
So always try to be nice on the forums, once you're banned, you're done.

it doesn't matter to you but you are telling to go against the rule atm, if you have not realize it.
I contract the support again today, but this time the person tell me they cannot help with forum issue, like they have no knowledge or have nothing to do with it and offer escalate the question to the main office, later I got the reply have nothing to do with my question, like I ask A and they answer Z.....guess I should give up ?
