Nope, an enemy is either stunnable or not. The stuff you say is super theory crafter level and doesn't seem to be from actual experience ... and if it is, it's from playing with people who can't play even decently and you probably shouldn't be talking about itemization and balance issues.

1. Tanking and healing are garbage easy in all content. Nothing's tuned for even i100, and even in i90 it was a joke to tank T9, like my group did. If you have to Stoneskin yourself to survive, I am so sorry.

2. SS sucks on PLD. All this hoola about Stoneskinning yourself, or being able to stun better, or build MP ... all irrelevant. You can't stun anything inside T6-9 once you're past the trash, BTW, not sure what hacks you've got to stun hornets, T7 adds, Dreadnaughts, or the wyvern in T9 but you're doing something interesting by trying it.

The SS benefits you provide are all theory crafter stuff that has almost nothing to do with coil or barely even dungeons/primals. At the end of the day DET >>> CHR > SS > Parry, because Parry doesn't even provide enough mitigation at max to change healing (Regen + Eos/Selene is more than enough in most content, and you're relying on CDs for harder hitting attacks). DET is by far the highest DPS increase. CHR is the second highest DPS increase, plus it has nothing to do with TP so it's win/win on T7 and T8. SS is a minor DPS increase that requires you to reach an extra attack or more before finishing a battle or cutting away from a target to have any worth, and if you run out of TP any excess TP is also going to waste.

It does if you aren't a terrible player who doesn't ever SS themselves.

Trust me, saying you Stoneskin yourself in content that matters isn't helping your case. You shouldn't be doing it except for T9 or if you run out of TP (which as said above, negates the SS benefits)
