Relic and glows

with the nexus i think we did reach the critical point... it's too much waaaay too much now!
what will be the next step? our weapon will make us blind?

i really think they need to work on some model and modification of it as we progress instead to add kikoo glows like it's amazing... when it's look more and more...

you can make light effect on the weapon without turn it into light ball. why not have make some part glow instead of this lazy and abused effect? the nexus one is way too much... what it will be next? only light we be seen? do we will get blind every time with fight?

i know people that simply don't want to do the relic because of the glows they found it too much.

way too much glow for me since Animus already. you don't need to put 100 spikes on your armor to show it's good. you don't need to make something glow to show this piece of gear is good.
The truly god item can be a simple cotton tee-shirt and it's spear-proof.

I agree. I would love if there was a way to turn the glow off for self and others(relics and armor). In the future I hope SE puts effort into making weapon/gear models that are tasteful and practical rather than a rehash with a cheesy glow slapped on it.

I do glamour all my relics with something that does not glow, but that doesn't make it so I don't have to see the shitty glow on everyone elses weapon/armor.

it's like say, because me i like to have a light pole in the hand you guys must not get a new skin for advance in your relic. the look of our weapon is as important than the stats.

exactly, the bravura Atma look amazing... and there come the animus, novus and nexus... and the work on the new texture disappear.

ps: it's possible to please everybody by adding subtle effect like some rune or symbol glowing that appear on the weapon when you use it. or stuff like this... there the effect is way too much ! we did get that they like them light effect engine... but they can do better and less...
