I would go with 9 acc, 44 crit, and 22 det. This will ensure 491 acc using apkallu omelette, the greatest amount of crit/det(trading out sol ring for ramuh), and not having to use overpriced t4 det materia.

Went with 27 determination, 33 critical hit rate and 15 accuracy

This makes me realize that high allagan bow is better in Turn 9 than the nexus with these stats.

On my last run I witnessed multiple misses on the last phase with 501 accuracy. People really should not be going by the 491 accuracy flank numbers for Turn 9 since you will spend most of the last phase attacking from Nael's front. The most accepted strategy is to loosely stack on the MT in front of the boss.

512 is what all Bards should strive for, not 491. Eating food to boost accuracy is still a dps loss when you could be using better det and crit food instead.

Extra accuracy on your weapon also allows you to use ramuh's ring without the accuracy loss hurting you.

Bis 46 crit and 32 det Nexus without HA choker and without ramuh ring using lava toad legs (27 acc and 11 crit): 504 crit and 321 det

Bis with high allagan bow (32 acc and 32 det) with HA choker and without ramuh ring using black truffle risotto (11 crit and 17 determination): 518 crit and 332 det

If you use a weapon without accuracy then you have to use an inferior stat boosting food which results in overall less stats.

You can't use the HA choker with the first build or you won't reach 512 accuracy, even with food.

As far as accuracy goes can one not just swap out gear and use the Amon gear? Fairly certain that gear has plenty of acc
I am still sticking to my route i think, add full determination and see from there if i go past my current 35 crit i added. I think i better budget my build, certainly do not care to spend 6 mil
nor do i want to spend my days spirit binding, lol

Sure, you can swap out gear but the dex loss is a dps loss. You lose the advantage of having extra crit and det on your weapon.

Plus you are wrong it is not 518 crit, you will end up with 496 crit and 332 det with the HA bow. 518 is the ACC you will have using HA.
With 9 ACC, 44 crit , 22 det novus and full bis except with sol choker/ring using apkallu omelette you will end up with 518 ACC, 537 crit, and 311 det.

eh i just went 18 acc 26 crit and 31 det which ended up as nexus as 18 acc 27 crit and 32 det with total stats of 491 acc 542 crit 332 det and 383 ss had the det IV materia on me and didn't want to mess with melding crit which was expensive and still is

32 Det should be impossible on a Novus... unless you meant your Nexus had 32 Det Pluvia?
