Crystal Tower- the wall of progression???

Crystal tower, part of the story quest, now has became the biggest wall for anyone who want to complete their story quest. As of this state of the game, I do feel sorry for those who still yet complete their story quest sorely because of the wall named Crystal Tower. I have seen many many members asking for help with the Crystal towers. Many many have reported that they have to wait for hours, hours with close to no chance of ever step foot inside the Crystal Tower due to the lack of players,and personally experience 2 hours of waiting because I want to help those poor souls. I don' blame the Vets/old players for not queuing this Duns but rather blame the system in which you have to wait for 24 people to accept before ever entering which is often than most, never fast. So, as to prevent the same thing happens again in the future to Syryus Tower, can we have either:

A/ Separate CT and ST from story mode, but make it a side quest.
B/ Apply the same queue system with Frontline. At least, this way, they do have a chance to completed the run whereas 1 or 2 members missing from each alliance.


And let discuss if there is any other way to not let more players bump into this wall of progression again.

Crystal Tower is discussed near the bottom. Devs have been talking about solutions to this a lot apparently, they either want to make it shorter or have it require less people. The issue is out there and known to them thankfully.

Its not part of the main Story. I have completed the Main Story. The Story for this is already a Side story.

It is however required for Syrcus Tower (ST)
