Mossy Horn Question

I looked at 2.3 master recipes, and I see that some of the new crafting items require Mossy Horns...

now, I know you can get them throw a chest in Aurum Vale ( and levequest too? I don't remember xD)

but I presume this way you'll only get NQ Mossy Horns..
is there a chance to find HQ mossy horns, or are they NQ only? @_@

Even if there were HQ horns, I can't imagine that getting the HQ horns on any sort of regular basis (a temporary solution) is better than getting CRP to 50 (a more permanent one). And if you're just talking about one to wear, you'll need CRP to 50 to craft anything you could conceivably need the mosshorn earrings for.

there's still option 3: gather every material needed and ask one of your friends to craft it xD
