That is definitely Mizuta I love this Uematsu/Mizuta combo in the game!

To me the new tracks of music are the best part of this patch.

Second would probably be cutscenes during new quests!
Battle system tweaks are so-so but in time I hope they balance them out to better quality at least they have a (solid) foundation to work off from.
