I'm the only one in my FC, everyone quit playing, with the new personal housing implemented, is it possible to disband my guild, but still keep my house now? I'd like to go join one of the pvp FCs, but I've put a lot of money into my house.

Not that I know of. If you disband entirely you might be in trouble. My advice? Add an alt to the fc to hold the place and then remove your main. Its the only viable option I can see unless someone else has a better idea.

I don't think you can do that but you could sell your FC to someone and buy another house. Someone on my server did that.
There is a Fc on my server that has multiple Free companies just holding on to housing with their alts asking for twice the normal since there is no more small housing left. I'm just curious if this isn't anything they can be reported for since there is not option to sell the house directly to oother players.
the land, or housing? cause housing itself costs a pretty penny, so technically the house does double the price, if just the land, I would contact a GM cause that's a pretty low down thing to do, although, most likely, nothing will be done about it since they aren't really doing anything wrong, it's basically "house flipping," the difference being that there's a limited amount of land vs. the number of players that want it.There is a Fc on my server that has multiple Free companies just holding on to housing with their alts asking for twice the normal since there is no more small housing left. I tried asking the GM but it's impossible to get a straight answer, they just sent a paragraph saying go to the forums. I'm pretty sure there is some rule against this since we can't actually sell housing from one player to another. At first I thought it was weird when I saw a level 1 mrd named "Nipples" in a fc all by himself with his won housing. Turns out that it was a placeholder character only their to stop housing from going on sale for other players to purchase and, the real owners can sell FCs as Housing to other players at their own price.
why should it be against the rules? its just normal ig stuff

I agree with this. A FC should only be able to own one house. There is a Fc on my server that has multiple Free companies just holding on to housing with their alts asking for twice the normal since there is no more small housing left. I just find it wrong because there is currently no feature to sell housing to another player or fc. You relinquish the housing and lot so that other players can purchase it at a set price that declines over time. Here the FC has a number of Lots and selling them at their own price that is higher than the set housing cost and not declining. I imagine that if the Devs wanted players to purchase housing and sell them at a higher price then their would already be a feature supporting it
