I wouldn't even be able to use UGC in Wisconsin, as UGC require me to additionally do an activation fee when I get home with my purchased UGC Card, which I can use another UGC Card to pay for, but that second UGC card also needs the activatio nfee, so I need to still pay the activation fee with Paypal, debit, etc. I'm glad Squeenix got rid of it.

I'm not sure why you are glad UGC is gone, even if you faced issues with it, it was many people's main way to pay for their sub and optional services, it's not like it was being forced to you.
