I must be blind because I can't find what has changed in Eastern La Noscea in 2.38. A little help here?

There is a house around X: 21, Y: 26 that I don't remember being there before. Interestingly, you can't enter it.

I'm going to assume that will be the area for Ninja training in 2.4

When I went through I could have sworn that that building was there before. But now that I think about it, it was a stable before if I remember correctly. I agree about it probably being Ninja since Limsa's change will be for Rogue. I was really hoping for a new Goblin encampment what with the Brayflox's Longstop. I want Gobbie quests!

Funny... you'd think the training hall of an order of Ninjas would be... you know... a little harder to find![]()

It IS hidden! Hidden in plain sight! They'll never spot it!

Godsdamned Ninjas ruining an area of unspoilt natural beauty D:<

Ironically, I always thought that chocobo stable at the Raincatcher Gully docks looked like it was trying to be something more than it was - there was no chocobo handler there so it was odd being out in the middle of the jungle.
To me that new building looks like a tavern of some sort - if it is a tavern and is connected to the upcoming NIN Job though, it reminds me of a snide line Balthier made in FFXII:
