Personal Housing and Miniature Aetheryte question.

I really want to buy a house and thinking about one that ATM but i'd like to know if we can teleport to own house since I use the area allot now using my FC teleport option.

So is there anyone who has tried to place a Miniature Aetheryte and if yes did you get a option to teleport to own house?

I got a house in The Goblet, and if you have a mini aetheryte, then you can teleport there just like the FC house, You can also add a chocobo stable there as well. And surprisingly it is really cheap to teleport to your own house normally around 100 gil. Same for the NPC vendors you have in the FC house, but for smaller houses, you can only hire 2. Pretty much anything that works for FC housing work for Personal housing, only that you cant give permission to other people to edit it.

Oh wow that is so nice ty, I have really saved up for personal housing and am tempted to buy one now even when the prize for one is so much gil because all the small size ones are sold and I aim at medium or bigger. I think I go for a medium size because as one person only the work can or will be solo but I can handle that and even more if the prizes will be lesser expensive as it is now. As i understand SE will make additional +8 areas so more can join and buy houses cheaper but I wonder if i should wait or pay the big money for one.

If you have alot of money saved up and can buy a medium house yourself, it is very tempting. When the 8 new wards comes out in 2.4 the smalls houses will be like 2.5 to 5 mil depending on server and plot class. And will go to the lowest prices in 90 earth days. But honestly the houses/plots will be bought within minutes i think, so they won't have time to depreciate (even more so for the crowded server like yours). Even with 16 wards, there isnt enough housing for even 1% of the server populate for the big servers. Currently there are 720 plots (including the FC owned houses) with the double wards in 2.4 that brings the total to 1,440 houses per server. Most of the larger servers have close to about 100 to 150k characters (this includes all the alt characters and stuff though). So yea... wasn't really well thought through by SE.

Thanks for your input on this subject! I got the medium house that I wanted so am very happy about that! It did cost me 29m for the land and 1mill for house permit so a total of 30million gil which is not for the fainted hearts lol but not it is mine and I can craft pretty muck everything up to 2 star, 3 star on LTW and gardening!

Wow you really bought it at a high price, guessing you bought it from one of the new wards, If you waited until the deflation is maxed it costs 15 to 18.75 mil on the most populated servers. But since you are a legacy world, people probably have a lot more money.

But have fun with the furnishing of your house, i'm poor and bought a small and spent over a mil for furniture already over the last 2 days. I crafted most of them, but some of the stuff which i wasn't geared enough to craft I bought, same for the NPC only furniture (like 150k for stables and 250k for beastman furniture alone). Fun times.

Yeah it was pretty expensive but i'm cool with it and wanted it now before someone else took it, my guess is since there is land ground that is selling for 35 to 80mil the ones that was bought so far had the buyers for it so I waited for the prize for mine to be lowered by 2m I still had 8mill left so it isn't so bad, I make stuff for house and make some more to sell for income, btw I got the biggest gardening path x2 and I see the stuff we can grow sell for a very good price so am also happy about that as another way of income big time
