    This complete utter BS this upgrade system is horrible. So many people had to cancel their order because they couldn't reserve a second one for their friend/wife/husband. How do they expect one person to get the vip ticket and the other person just be left out. Complete trash.

    So what I feared would happen, happened. My party is now split. One with an upgrade two are without. Unacceptable, as a certain mage from another SE game would say. "Oh well" doesn't cut it. Why were upgrades one by one? Why couldn't we have reserved or at least try to reserve the number of tickets in the party? For a festival that is trying so hard to get people to stick together (in parties), this is very stupid.

    If they do offer to relinquish VIP tickets, I would love to pay for an upgrade as I am going by myself. If it happens and anyone wants to sell their VIP please let me know. Thank you very much.

    As much as I wanted to try for those VIP tickets, I am glad I didn't with seeing how many people weren't successful in upgrading their second ticket. Since I'm going with my boyfriend we decided the risk of only getting one ticket upgraded wasn't worth the rewards of the VIP upgrade.

    My apologies to everyone who couldn't upgrade all your tickets, I feel for you
