Certain raids and dungeons do that on purpose i believe, I know ST did that for a while. -shrug-

You're talking about like, say, you kill Amon, and it says -blahblah is no longer sealed!- then -blah blah will seal in 15 seconds!- and the no longer sealed message again, right? If so that's been there for a while, iirc.

no it's when u have LB ready and once everyone is dead it randomly resets, for example, yesterday we had LB 1 ready and it was not used then somehow the party wiped, the LB bar should be there even with a wipe but it wasn't, it got drained really fast and just vanished....
I do know that the LB bar resets when you engage into battle but this is not the case, it resets when the party wipes too, occasionally though

I think it has to do with how quickly everyone dies. As long as someone is alive when the boss resets, even if that person died and had to respawn, the bar stays full. I think what's happening is when the party wipes before someone has a chance to respawn. I think this case resets the LB bar because no one was alive (outside the fence or not) when the boss reset.

Just a theory. Haven't had much urge to test it
