Marriage suggestion: Share personal house.

So I bought my personal house and absolutely love it. While decorating it I thought that it'd be cool to be able to share it with the person my character is going to marry.

This could help people who can't afford a house. Of course if they divorce the house goes to the person who bought it in the first place. I could see some issues stemming from this idea(furniture loss on the non-owners side), but I think it'd do more good than bad.

The simple fact that it seems a personal house is either wide open or shut to just the owner is yet one more idiotic thing on SE's part.

Not sure how much more "stupid" they can pile on with this patch but they're certainly shooting for the moon with it.

This can just be countered with the same feature added to FC housing. When someone is kicked, their stuff is taken to the House Caretaker in the respective community area.

I really wanted to co-own a house... Why not make a pseudo FC system wherein you can invite people as residents and set various permissions for the property? That way not only could couples enjoy cohabitation but also friends, linkshells, a crazy person whom has many alts...etc.

Because that would be logical..... and logic has no place in the things SE does if you hadnt noticed.

So not only is the price of a personal house insane, once you have it, its either fully open to everyone, or only to you, no middle ground....
