Yea it's kinda sad how Thyrus is the only weapon to not get the neat runes around it (or that they are so small they are smothered by the glow).

I do think the sheer magnitude of the weapon glow has gotten extreme though. I like the rune effects and the fire-blaze on the Bravura now, but it would be nice to have those same effects with 50% less glow. My idea would be for the weapon glow to be backed off to Zenith levels and instead implement a subtle "aura" effect around the player instead when the weapon is drawn.
