What happened to 800k personal housing?

Can only have one FC House. They added more Wards because there's so few medium and large plots, these prices are FINE for FCs. But not for personal housing. I feel sorry for people who were looking forward to this.

Selfish considerations aside, this is going to make things difficult or impossible for FC's to get a small house. Nothing can stop a large FC with pools of gil to start snagging houses and practically owning entire wards. The senior personnel with access to pools of gil are above reproach, as they make the rules and control the resources. Think about it. What are the advantages of housing sizes? Gardening. If I can buy two small homes, I get 2 gardens. That cost is less than the cost of a medium home. That means for 8 million gil, I can grab 2 gardens vs spending almost 20 million. For about the cost of a med home, I can purchase 3 small homes and have 3 gardens. Why even buy a large home? Gardens are your money makers when it comes to housing. I can see where this benefits large FC's to get larger and smaller ones to be decapitated. We could have a virtual WalMart in our midst.

I am glad our FC has a small house already. For a small FC, this is more than sufficient and very manageable.

For example, on Siren, we are the Zodiac Braves. There is an FC that is the Zodiac Bravess. They were created 3 days after us.

The only people that will enjoy patch 2.38 are the RMT
Even that will tail off after an hour due to all plots sold. Not only that it also blocks new FCs buying a house.

You bet. With the personal backlash this has turned into, you can be sure Yoshida's team will be reluctant on sharing things that are not completely set in stone when they share them.

I can just image a post from the devs saying that they are not gonna be able to share information on features except maybe close to the patch because of this
