    at the rate this game has them? yeah.. cept maybe really poorly made free MMOs
    FFXI updates never had any serious issues.

    I'm pretty sure servers going down during a patch day on WoW were pretty common. People are flooding back in trying to check out the new content. I'd go find something else to do for a while till things stabilize.
