I fully agree with Artik. They work so hard and provide so much wonderful stuff. People should provide constructive criticism on the content without adding personal attacks on the people behind it. They are certainly not lazy or incompetent.

When one blatantly lies to their customers, as he has with this (read my signature), then yes, every bit of criticism he receives about this, is fully and 100% deserved. I'm not normally one for this mindset as I usually just roll with the punches of things, but I don't tolerate being lied to, it's ended relationships, it's made me stop shopping at certain stores, it's made me leave jobs.

That being said, lousy/bad reviews tend to be louder than good reviews. Yoshi is human, but he is also backed by a team of developers who are absolutely 100% responsible for the game they create and how it's implemented. Everyone is pissed - the JP/EU/NA players had a certain expectation and the FFXIV team failed to deliver. There should have been more transparency and communication on what they could actually give us instead of grossly over-estimating the finished product in terms of pricing, function, and land available.

Tbf, I'm not directly attacking the devs in any of my complaints.
I'm still of the opinion the entire housing implementation is nothing short of a farce however, and I don't get why we've waited so long for so little.
I need to complain so my voice is heard and so the devs can understand what's gone wrong. They can't fix it if we don't let them know its broke!

^ This right here. Yoshi should've never said that housing was going to be affordable and starting around 850k. That just an out right lie, seeing as for legacy just a small plot is 4mil. Hate to say it but you white knights may wanna just run and hide for a day or so because there a lot of pissed off players. Even the JP players are raging right now.
