The fact that they made Bloodletter and Foeseeker stronger helps, but 15 seconds is an eternity in a fight, if it were halved I wouldn't mind as much, at least we still have trifurcate.

I honestly mainly used Multishot to open and when Ferocity was up. Now we have to look for alternatives. It definitely will be out of my rotation though, I will now only use it in NMs and such. Still not that big of a deal, we can definitely look for alternatives.

fair enough, I'm not crying about it, I'm still waiting on the patch to finish updating, so I can't make a fair assessment anyway, I can imagine that it will lead to new playstyles for arc, and that in itself isn't a bad thing. I do worry whether I will still be able to solo if I wish however.
