Which Class Would You Like To See In FFXIV?

I would really love to see geomancer as either the dps opposite to whm or as a buffing counterpart to whm. The latter would really mean we'd need a fourth classification for support, but it could be used in the healer spot like sch I suppose. Other than geo I'd love to see some old school tactics jobs. I feel like since it seems the far east will be the next job arena with ninja, and hopefully soon samurai, I feel like oracle would be the perfect addition! They would have to tweak it, since its original use was as a debuffer and since smn/sch pretty much do that, I think it would be cool to see a new reimagining of it.

Wiping as a Chemist would suck, soo many potions lost, on the bright side though, you would never run out of mana, just gil =O

Except in this game no consumables for weapon use. So I'm guessing you would have an extra dimensional bag of holding/synthing that would generate the pots for you.

I would like to see classes follow in line with something like the Arcanist did, with two jobs available. Of note... Fencer (Gladiator DPS), Dark Knight (Lancer Tank), Red Mage (Thaumaturge DPS), Bishop (Conjurer DPS), Dancer (Archer Healer), Fighter (Pugilist Tank), Viking (Maurader DPS), Samurai (Alt to Ninja, tank)

As far as new classes go, I'm most interested in seeing a Spellblade class that branches out into Rune Fencer and Mystic Knight (or Red Mage).

no.... this class will be a gil sink class! only the rich crafters can play it!

@Geo: So I can destroy all the Housing areas.

@Time: So I can go back to the past and buy up all the Tier III-IV materia in 1.0 before it ended. So I can afford the 70M Personal Housing.
