    If this really is an issue with server capacity/design and the development team keep using that as the excuse for many poor implementations then it's a disgrace that they haven't fired the entire team working on the servers and fixed it by now. To constantly blame this and not be able to fix it is a travesty.

    The problem is that Yoshida is afraid to pull the proverbial trigger on spending the money required for server upgrades. They keep running into these hardware roadblocks and refusing to do anything about them, even though they're causing such significant development/customer satisfaction problems.

    I'd love to see the proof on this. With years of IT experience, I can say "just add more servers" is not an instant cure all.
