If it isn't obvious for you, CON is obviously the WHM (look at the recent skill implementations). So, if CON is the WHM, and THM is the only other mage, who's going to be BLM? THM.

Once you utilize a job, it will (I assume) lock out certain skills while giving you access to others. So, on CON, since it is WHM, it will lock out the elemental spells and on THM, when you activate BLM, it will probably activate the elemental spells as BLM will have it's own affinity. See?

So if I exclusively leveled THM to 30 to unlock BLM, you're saying that after that I will need to level CON to 44 so that my BLM can cast ancient elemental magic? Doesn't that seem a bit disconnected to you??

But I honestly wouldn't put it pass SE. These are the same guys that released the Summoner job for FFXI, and said you need to take SMN to 60 before you get the privilege of summoning an avatar other than Carbuncle. Their sadistic like that sometimes.
