I wonder if all the solo FC's with houses will have their hard earned homes go poof instantly for lack of members? Despite the fact that they're perfectly entitled to own the property as an individual? That's gonna smart...

I really think personal housing should have been completely individually instanced. Now the problems wards brought with them will only be intensified, when that would have lessened several of them. I'm certainly not getting a house any time soon, that's pretty clear.

Though on a more serious note, the prices are significantly less then the ORIGINAL PRICES, for example....

Please explain to me how (on my server Behemoth) for a Medium house 30m in 2.1 is more expensive than 30m in 2.38?

Personal Housing

While I cannot give a specific date on when personal housing will be implemented, I can say that prices will be completely separate from free company housing, and, naturally, far more affordable.

Your Large and Small got cut down in price. Two things could have happened in your Servers case, #1 that Legacy Players came over with gil when the server transfers opened. #2 I'd assume your server is also a larger non-Legacy server which generates more gil then the others.

Not gonna bother with personal housing now. I was hoping the sizes offered would all be the same as it's only for an individual member. Which is also why I'm finding the pricing fucking ridiculous. You have to wonder how a whole TEAM of people think this kind of thing is acceptable.

SE went the cheapest and laziest route they could have.

Personal housing should have been there own unique wards, diffent from the FC wards.

But no they just changed the code to allow people to buy houses in the current ones.

This pretty much excludes Any casual player from a house overall, I know there are personal rooms but with marriage coming people wanted a house for the 2 of them. So even with personal house only 1 person has access to anything in it, useless.

Was also hoping they would change just the open/closed house and add a proper guest book.
