Lol no what u are failing to realize is that things like housing, gardening, etc are what keep you from realizing how mind-numbingly boring and monotonous the things u just listed are

Really, I own a house and you don't make much gil from gardening, you get a small house you can only have 1 garden plot.

Reason is that the person who have gardening plots and houses have lower the prices and seeds cost tons of gil.

So if you are mentioning gardening I believe you think you gonna make some moneys you aint

Not so much about making gil as opposed to saving gil and getting to participate in content instead of seeing people run around with proof of participating in said content like salt on a wound.

You would think that after 1.0 the Dev's would realize that if things aren't going according to plan (like housing resources availability), you don't just keep falling down the slope thinking things will eventually pan out...

I understand that your friends and all of you might not wanna split up, though whats the reason your friends don't wanna pitch in the gil to get the house? If they aren't interested and you are why not leave and go enjoy content.

Or

You could tell them to all pitch in make the gil and buy the plot together nobody is stopping you from doing this the only one stopping you is you or FC because you wanna save a few extra gil in the process.
I didn't let that stop me I went and got my plot and house though nothing special about it.
