I think personal housing is fine.

Letting people get in the same instnaces as FC is fine. A small house is max 5m the game has been out a long time it is very easy to make that. However on the servers there are several houses that are only like 1m or less due to devaluing that are un bought. People really shouldn't be complaining about this. Being in the same instance as everyone else is fun and builds a sense of community. I like this better then like giving everyone like a personal mog house type house for 800k.

I'm not okay because we were promised that personal housing would be at the very least 1/8th the price of FC housing. When FC housing was introduced they said it was outrageous because it was supposed to be split between members. They lied by putting them at the same districts at the same price now. They flat out lied. Considering that we've been waiting for personal housing for over a year and Legacy longer than that, it's not only disappointing it's infuriating to be so flatout lied to. If we were warned they were going to be the same price we would not have gotten out hopes up. With Gold Saucer coming out soon and the only way to raise racing chocobos for the Gold Saucer locked behind personal housing, I'm FURIOUS.

I was excited for personal housing but we've got an FC and I've got my room there and its rad so I'm not really sad.

The last time anyone was near this mad was when SE revealed the flamboyant FC house prices.

I'm not normally a troll but the PURE UNDISTILLED RAGE I see everywhere today- I can't help it. I'm just completely and totally entertained. SE really messed up this time!

First off Yoshi directly lied.

Second off they claim its server space- but the server can already fit an FC personal room for EVERY level 50, why couldn't they stick a door somewhere and give everyone a "Moghouse"?

Third, the reaction to FC housing and its prices when that content launched was the worst reaction the fans had to anything. Later now they do the same concept BUT WORSE. How could they not learn even a bit?

Fourth, this is the most grossly RMT encouraging content yet. And we already have people harassing each other about buying old plots in spots they like, now Mr. Richy is going to buy a plot and hold it forever, not using it, shouting for someone to buy it as poor players just stand there boiling and steaming with RAGE.

The ineptitude and carelessness is off the charts. I'm not bummed out personally, but this huge poopstorm, SE's retardation, all of it is just making me laugh.

I do feel for people without FCs or who can't afford a home by themselves, but the prices and availability aren't what are disappointing me. What's disappointing to me is the fact that absolutely nothing is different for personal houses. No new features or functionality at all.
