Have we been too harsh on the contestants? D: *re-thinks everything I've ever said about anyone* I'll try to be nice this time! MY VOTES:
Jayzan - The background is stunning and you managed to get the colours to match perfectly; nothing looks out of place. You've dressed and posed well which is appropriate to the theme - a treasure hunter winding down at the end of a long day of treasure hunting (as would be expected on Hullbreaker Isle). However I think it could have been improved by moving your character slightly to the left as the sunlight over your shoulder blurs the view of your face. Other than this though, you've done a fantastic job.
Kaelah - This is a nice, simple, non-risky modelling shot. I personally love cascading light effects, so I was instantly drawn to this shot when I was going through them all. You also have some stark, but effective colour contrasts with the bright sky and the dark wooden structure, and some pretty scenic greenery in the background. This all compliments your choice of clothing (natural colours, not too extravagant) and pose quite well, which is why I think i find it so visually appealing. I think that you didn't need to wear the ringbands/ rings though - they felt a little distracting to me and they seem to draw attention away from the prettier aspects of your shot.
Vahn - Caves and dark places such as this I feel are a bit of a risk. However you have pulled it off quite well by creating a story with the two characters in the background which leaves viewers to fill in the gaps: a thief? a betrayal? who knows? In addition, the location offers some interesting lighting effects and some amount of local flora that make for a good background.
S.Q. I like this one for many of the same reasons that I like Kaelah's - i.e. a simple but effective modelling shot. Forgive me for comparing, but there are many similarities between the two. I'm going to say straight out that I like the lighting and colours much more on Kaelah's. Which is not to say you've done a bad job in these regards nor does it mean yours is vastly inferior. In fact I like the fact you've gone for a close-up shot here, and that you've gone for a bit more of a pirate-y look. You have a pretty Hellsguard, and you know how to make her look good.
Kin - I think it is the colour in this one that makes it stand out to me. You've again used your trademark white colour scheme, however weaved in some subtle brown elements, creating a more 'natural' look. I feel it matches, but contrasts with the background quite well.
