What cause players to quit Final Fantasy XIV A Realm Reborn

People toss the words White Knight the second someone disagress with them though. Here's out it usually go:

Person A: I don't like these things because x reasons.
Person B: I disagree with you because of x reaons.
Person A: omg such a White Knight.

At this point I don't expect people to be able to read properly, but give it a bit of effort and compare the posts in the first three pages to your example. People here bash you for giving feedback, they don't stop at just disagreeing, those people are the ones I'm calling white knights, the ones that jump to defend SE's poor actions and try to stop others from giving feedback, comments like "if you don't like it just quit" won't help the game grow.

Any suggestion or feedback is disregarded as whining, wanting hand-outs or wanting stuff with no effort. If only people could stop and read the suggestions... Oh wait, they are incapable of reading properly.
