Is that 0300 meaning 3am, or is that 3pm? And is that 11am or 11pm?

That's a long long time to be down for maintenance, even if you look at the least amount of time that those times could be (3pm to 11am). Remember, it starts on the 15th and ends on the 16th. That's a minimum of 20 hours scheduled downtime. o_o;

That looks like a copy and paste error. It's an eight hour maintenance. 8 PM on the 15th to 4 AM on the 16th, PDT. They probably just forgot to change both dates to say the 16th on the GMT page. Edit: Oh, and yes, they're both AM GMT.

It's not 20 hours. It's eight. The GMT page should say the 16th for both times. 3:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Eight hours.

Oh, right, Americans and their silly am/pm thing! It's 3am to 11am, so a pretty long maintenance if those numbers are right. (Probably the date is wrong, that's all)

Not only americans i think almost all english language Speakers use it, but i know no other language with this System
