This is not indication that the patch will be implemented at this date, only that they are taking precautionary measures with an "All Worlds Maintenance". The patch likely won't hit until Tuesday the 23rd. Would be nice to get it on the 16th though.
It's the exact same wording they used to announce the 2.35 maintenance and the 2.3 maintenance, which both happened on the day of their respective patches (2.35, 2.3).
