personally i think it looks fine

The problem is, it's one of the only good looking blm body pieces (out of like...2-3 total) and miqo'te get screwed on using this because of the boner tail >_> Not only is the tail fugly looking, it also shrinks female's tails to the minimum size and extends males to the max lol

The tail condom coat is the reason why I refuse to spend Sol tomes on it and why I keep praying I get Scylla's Coat of Casting. If it didn't do THAT to the tail, I would be perfectly fine with the chest piece.

And that's why you play the masterrace and not a Miqo'te. You'll even have trouble seeing the details of horrible-looking armour as masterrace cause you're so tiny!

There is a good reason it exists and thanks to it i never have to worry about wearing god awful looking gear, and i am quite picky. but refusing to use a piece, and Very good peice mind you, based on looks became invalid when glamor was introduced

Evenstar is god awful. Admittedly it's not too bad on males (looks kinda classy) but on females it sucks.
Can't help but wonder if it's a coincidence that glamors came out at the exact same time as these soldiery sets XD

Meh. I do have a glamour on it. Sadly its the augmented summoner coat. Since you know this is the ONLY Sol tome caster chest. And my summoner looks great but you can't double glamour for two different jobs . And to the people who say change race , buy me a fantasia pot. I had no clue this would happen lol.
