No spiritbonding in hard dungeons?

If they set the minimums to 55 then I should be able to level i 55 gear in that dungeon... if they set it to 60 or above them now.. or 45 ...

If they are going to do this kinda stuff they need to inform the player which dungeons will provide spirit bonding and which will not.

Wrong again. You see minimum as the normal level for it. Minimum is literally bare minimum, ie you're "technically" undergeared, but good players can do it.
