I wish there was an examine plant option that would tell you how much longer until maturation, how much longer until the next fertilization would be, whom planted it with what soil and when, etc. It would be useful information when you needed it, and wouldn't require clogging up the Free Company dialogue.

Yeah, I think it's really annoying that when you try to fertilize your plants and you don't have any fertilizer on you, it complains that you don't have fertilizer. So you go get some and then it says that you can't fertilize anyway because it's been fertilized too recently.
