LOL. On a serious note, how about the ability to pick that person up and transport them next to us? or better yet, when we just casted and need to get next to someone, target and boom, kind of like the dragoon does with enemies.

..... still want a tank fairy. Named Bubba....I want Regen II, AoE Stoneskin, Some type of Haste for Spell/Skill Speed, Re-Raise. New tier for nukes are welcomed also lol Including Fluid Aura.
Oh to that one dude saying they want a Tank Fairy cuz SMN gets one, SMN is a continuation of ACN where as SCH is a brand new job. Don't compare yourself to SMN on stuff they get. You're a healer, they're a DPS.

I'd like to see "Pray" for whm. Similar to the ability in ffiv, that it would recover a small amount of hp and mp for the whole party.

Well.. They actually only added in the MP healing included in Pray in the remakes. And it made it incredibly OP. Pray is okay in the original SNES/PS1 versions of the game, since it was a free heal, though it could fail frequently. When they changed it in the DS version they took it from being a "meh" ability to being incredibly powerful. Free MP is hard to balance, especially when it's party-wide.
Giving everyone MP could be incredibly broken, especially if it's a free spell.
It really depends on the MP cost, cast time, and cooldown of the ability though. It would need to have a relatively higher cost than what it heals or else WHM could help other WHM with MP issues.
Enhanced Esuna/Leeches trait that can remove petrify, charm, reduced healing potency from SV HM, debuffs from SCOB, tiny/transmog from ST.
Reraise, banish, dia, haste, blink, auto-refresh trait, more enmity reduction abilities.
This is not a good idea. It would simply make the fairy a requirement for specific fights, nullifying any adjustments to the other fairies.SCH
Name: Valora
I would like a fairy that would dispel enhancements from enemies, and remove debilitating effects from party members. As a downside the fairy wouldn't get a regular cure spell instead they'll get a single target regen spell.
-I know we got the "leeches" spell but it would be a new option for those that prefer to focus on the healing and dps side of there job without having to freak out about dangerous debuffs.
If anything, DPS and tanks should get their own cleanse.
Better yet, just remove the whole idea of having to cleanse debuffs from all duties. It's a flat mechanic that, frankly, isn't interesting.
Again, it's not a good idea to make Esuna/Leeches more powerful. This simply puts way too much pressure on the healer when there's already enough going on.
Debuffs should all be immune to Esuna/Leeches, and worked into the duty as a real mechanic.
The only exception is when it's truly an optional mechanic - for example, Avatar's bleed debuff, which has little impact except slightly greater peace of mind for the healers.
Bad examples of debuffs that need to be Esuna/Leeches that are already in-game: savage coil quadruple Venomous Tail, Thrown for a Loop, Bemoggled.
Debuffs that would not be interesting to cleanse (because it simply transfers responsibilities from the party onto the healer): Swarm, Petrified, Brainjack, Icebitten/Fireburnt

I like the debuffing mechanics of Moggle Ex (especially since there's not much else to do as a healer).

I'd also love to see a Shroud of Saints II. Something better than what we have now.
