Swiftcast-->Shadow Flare is kind of the norm for dungeon pulls, already. I also wouldn't really call it CC since the refresh debuff it inflicts is so miniscule as to be unnoticeable except perhaps by calculating numbers over a very long duration.

IMO let AoE CC continue to be one of the trademarks of the WHM. I like that they have that little extra to contribute to trash pulls since SCH excels at sustained DPS and simultaneous tank shielding instead.
