I wonder if they´ll raise the rank of the other beastmen quests to 7 also in the future. wouldnt make sense to me to have ixal on 7 and the other capped on 4.

Just hearing the people complain on this thread is amusing.
I just don´t care about a week more or less...
When I see I am about to Cap to the next level, i turn in to hit it, do the Quest, finish the next ones...
Only thing to consider is, as you raise your level, the daily turn in Items change, no matter of you startet the quest before.
no rocket science...
Never a mind was changed on an internet board, no matter how good your arguments are...
Deliverance quests follow a different "intended level" than daily/reputation quests, mind you. You are not even forced to do those 36-41 crafts, and you can settle on lower level ones instead. If I'm not mistaken, even if you have to do more of them you could theoretically squeeze out more experience out of it: experience given does not depend on the level of the craft, but on your own level - more crafts needed means more experience then. Which is, after all, the purpose of the Deliverance. It's somewhat similar to the Grand Company ones, but it's even better since you can craft stuff from different level ranges instead of only your current level range.I'm so confused right now. there are 7 ranks? what the hell there are only quest for 5 ranks in the updates notes what the hell. Not only that I reached rank 4 the other day and the first day of quota quest where mid lvl 20's. The next day(today) my items are lvl 36-41 being even higher then I can hq on my i35 job, including all hq/ overmleded gear.... for a rank 4.... At this rank I would need my almost perfect meld weaver(bad off hand) to do every synth for rank 4+ even though I have 4 lvl 50 crafters. This makes 0 since what am I going to be crafting in 2 ranks 3 star items?????
Edit: it's slightly different. You don't get MORE experience if the recipe level is above yours, but you get significantly less if the level of the craft is in a lower level range than your current one. Which still means you are not losing anything, except if you are in a hurry.

Looks like I'm a day behind. I think I had already done my Beast Tribe quests the night before the patch, so I couldn't do the Ixali ones when the patch went live. Ah well, just one day behind isn't a big deal! I'm still 20 days from getting the other two tribes up anyway, so it'll be a while before I get to Allied.Rank up Day. And yes, the next level requires 990 reputation.
Like a dofus I actually picked up 2 of the 20 point quests before I realised I only needed 2x24 points. But luckily on the next rank up you end up having a lot of spare repuataion so I will till end up levelign up at the optimal time without having to use an extra allowance.
Anyone else think the Ixali quests are a preview of how FC airship building is going to work once that's released?
