    Problem is the only way I know of doing that is you have to have another person in the FC log on since you can only put in an application if you see an actual member of that FC. Since I'm the only one online anymore I can't do that.

    Can't seem to find any other way to put in a application with my alt.

    I did it full solo through my house placard. If you have a house, check the placard and there should be an option to submit an application there.
