    I doubt it's my PC. I can run any other graphic intensive game out there. Reinstalling may help but I want to try other outlets first before I reinstall a several gig game that may have been corrupted because of a little hotfix.

    Well I can almost guarantee it's something local to you. But yes, maybe while you're waiting for someone to find a hotfix, maybe reinstall! You never know, man. Don't avoid something that might fix it because you don't want to do it.
