    We had a blm to replace our smn who left. The smn was decked out but the new replacement who ran coil at the same time as us was all sands and oil geared. But since he joined us,he got decked out as well, and even got the high allagan staff. We wonder if it is due to the party composition or raid timings. We run 11pm GMT8 and one shot all the turns without breaks.

    Wrong. You have to kill the boss while your cat is sitting in the window facing the nearest major city with the tall building and the Starbucks that has exactly 6 people working from 5am to 11am on the next Sunday after the gay pride parade to get the drops you want.

    Why is RNG so hard to understand?

    Why is the possibility of PRNG using time as a variable to derive the final value so hard to understand?
