Personal housing pricing speculations?

Any speculations?

Part of me thinks it would be silly to make them more expensive than FC housing right now but considering a room alone in a FC house is 300k I think we might see starting prices into the few millions...

Somewhere (I think in one of the Q&A's) they mentioned personal houses costing somewhere around 800k or higher, though it's unlikely they'll cost as much as a FC house.

To paraphrase since i dont remeber exaxtly. What it was is the person playing during the letter had 800k. When asked if that would be enough for a personal house Yoshi just chuckled and said not quite.

I expect 2 million or more as a starting point.

Making it cost as much as a FC house makes zero sense, since you have a whole group of people to help buy those :\

500k to 3m, any less or more than that is wouldn't make sense
