I would hope so, it wouldn't make much sense to need to be 50 just to start a new class. but this is SE we are talking about, so can't rule out that possibly (as i have a good idea who starts the class)

It would make sense depending on how the playerbase is - If it's top heavy, e.g everyone has 50s, it wouldn't be weird at all since many MMOs require you to do x objective to unlock new classes depending on if it's "basic" or 'advanced' - In XIV alone you have to be 30 to get the jobs, so there's already precedence of not having certain jobs from the get go.
So don't be surprised if it requires you some playtime to unlock, which honestly would be smarter for SE since that means more money in the end for them![]()
