Griefing with an emote

Point is, it's not something that can actually "harass" you. It can "bother" you, for sure, but dancing or gloating is not something that influences your gameplay in any way. It's not like spamming Trade when you are teleporting - now THAT is something that should be punishable.
Using emotes which are an intended part of the game should not, in my opinion, considered harassment. Just move on with your game, knowing that the only person who can damage yourself in those situations is yourself only.

OMG i was a victim to some troll doing this to me one time. its like why does this even exist? i didnt know wtf was happening and at first i couldnt even see the guy because it was so crowded then i realized what he was doing. i ran away and he would chase me. so yea THAT is harassment. nothing good can come from it. its like one of those annoyances that get past quality assurance (if SE has one)
