I was checking the Sony website and said that it is online and stable and that we need to contact our cable provider. WTF

Just pretend they don't exist. This is why they are doing this stuff in the first place. Every time someone mentions them or goes to their media pages, they are just getting exactly what they are looking for.

Just ignore them until Sony gets it handled.

I've found that sony website to rarely be reliable. -_- Always says it's online when its having issues.
