Nothing will ever be more dumb on their part then wasting money just to keep other people from playing. in the end all they did is waste money and sony's time fixing it, they are just bored, idiotic kids with nothing better to do, They want to "teach" a lesson but there is no lesson other then how far people will go when a company isn't doing what they want, Humans will never cease to amaze me in the sheer stupidity they display.

I did that earlier. After the 30 minute wait and the que reached 1, i got a message that said "Your que has cancelled, there are no representatives avilable to answer your request".
