How bad would it be to put acc on Smn Novus?

False. With the current available pieces of gear, you can have the difference between a full DET/CRT Novua and one with ACC at around a 0.5% difference in damage between both.

There's nothing false about that. The Book of Spades would be better in that scenario and you could just tack on any extra gear from coil for accuracy if it was truly needed for something like Savage. Whether a High Allagan Ring or a High Allagan Bracelet.

That's only considering if he's adding ACC while lowering the CRT (recoverable from Hat or Shoes mainly). As DET is the most valuable stat to replace from current gear, and seeing how DET Materia is the most expensive as well, i'm inclined to think that would be the target of replacement, which would in fact be unrecoverable.

If the sole purpose however was just to finish the book so throw in ACC, if you currently invested alot of DET and CRIT into it, that seems like a pretty big waste financially if there's options that will outshine its purpose easily, if you don't plan on doing Savage.

Adding ACC to a Novus doesn't give you DPS,you can get out DPS'd by a HA Book, and a Book of Spades depending on how much ACC your sacrificing which i'm guessing would probably be 19+ to sub for another gear.

The one and true use of adding ACC to a Novus is majorily only Savage Coil as you can make better builds that way.
