Really... This situation is borderline ridiculous. 70~100k for ONE fruit? C'mon. It's pretty clear what's happening here. ppl are treating the fruits as a "luxury market" for builders of the realm and rich people in general, who can afford to pay exorbitant ammounts of gil to dye their chocobos.

FCs are together in some sort of informal CARTEL where they will drive prices up because there is a small part of the population who doesn't know what to do with their fat stash of gil and seems to be enough to drain the current production of fruits. So fruit-producers are lining up their pockets with PHAT GILZ while catering to the 1%.

This is absurd. Someone has to start the undercut war on this. The market board cannot be filled by selfish capitalists who only care about draining as much gil as possible from the rich. THE NEW FEATURE WASN'T MEANT JUST FOR THE 1%

You can't really undercut when the demand is greater then the supply. Anything placed in the boards that's under-priced will generally disappear quickly. Overall, 1 person gets a good deal and nothing else changes.

The problem is FC gardens are mostly controlled by officers and high-ranking members of FCs. That makes it for a shitty supply.

It's corporativism in it's purest form. The few are catering to the few, and lining up their pockets in the process.
It makes me wanna puke.
