They should of released personal housing before, or with the chocobo coloring. I have hundreds of gil invested into seeds that I can't even grow until I have my own house. I hope this only raises the price of the items (//-_-)

Only problem I am having towards personal housing is that people have spent alot on FC houses and personal rooms. So it's like ok we have to spend another 5mil on our own house then like 20mil in decorations

I would have loved to get personal housing sooner, but it's not the feature is sitting collecting dust in a file somewhere. They can't release something before it's been created.
We don't know yet what kind of prices will be attached to personal housing, but even if it is expensive it doesn't take away from anything you've already done with your FC house or room (heck, you can even take most of your furniture out of your FC house/room and put it in your personal house if you want). Furniture is also 100% optional and vanity, so whatever prices are involved don't effect your game play in the slightest.
A true paladin... will sheathe his sword.
As long as its not over 2-3millions.....currently low in gils
i want my own front yard, + garden + chocobo stable.
Im not going to buy a personal house if its an "instance" like our FC rooms
Looking foward .......![]()
