Um, i haven't noticed a change. It's still three quick pokes when you target people, but a double poke if you target yourself/nothing or an inanimate object like a summoning bell.

Thank you for letting me know. I just checked and it seems it's the other way around. If you don't target people it's the three quick pokes, but if you have someone targeted it changes to the new slow pokes. I usually target people before poking them so I didn't notice that it would do it without. Thank you for being the only actual helpful person here. :3


actually if they're TALLER than you, it's the slow poke. I targeted fellow miqo'te and got the rapids, but my hyur friend got the slowsThank you for letting me know. Oh ok. I'm a short miqote so most characters are taller than mine. I guess that's why I was getting to do only the slow pokes.
EDIT: I just tried poking a lalafell with him targeted and it still did the slow poke. So I'm not sure about the shorter thing. Maybe I should try poking a female miqote shorter than me then? That's hard to find. xD
