What's a level 3 issue?

In the tracert you got stuff like ae-5-5.car1.Montreal2.Level3.net [4.69.141.5]. Level 3 is a transit provider, they provide transit between your ISP (in my case plusnet) and SE's ISP, they seem to be having a bit of a burp (all them *'s are generally a bad sign, just don't ask why I go from London to Paris to cross to New York, because I don't know....)

Add me to the list. On Ragnarok but in U.S. Got a few lobby errors, and the one time I managed to get in, I got 90k'd before I could even finish tending the garden.

Just as a not for those who didn't know, after the patch yesterday the NA/EU servers were kept down for hardware problems. Interestingly, the JP servers came up early from the patch update, but then went back down for 2 hours. That suggests to me it could be either a post-patch issue (which we should all be used to by now, unfortunately) or the hardware issue from yesterday, that they thought they fixed.

Yes, it seems to have stabilized.

I wonder if some emergency maintenance will show up, as some friends say they have been experiencing lag ever since the patch.

I have not been 90k yet but i was at random when in town loading into a zone knocked out of the game and sent back to the ps4 screen and it takes about 7 try's to get back in as it keeps saying full :P

Seems Cerberus just died. Talking to over 20 people who got 90k'ed and constant 2002 trying to log back in.

Really? Wasn't just me then. Having the same issue.

EDIT: Got past to the character menu now receiving 1014 "World data could not be obtained".
